We have started with OpenAir, a firm we have\u00a0watched for some time. OpenAir has consistently received good word-of-mouth recommendations from users and was recently acquired\u00a0by NetSuite (NYSE symbol: N). \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Here is an excerpt from the Summary section of the report:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">On balance, we like OpenAir\u2019s broad functionality and integration to numerous front and back office solutions.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>We are generally optimistic about the acquisition by NetSuite but will watch this over time to ensure that OpenAir\u2019s market reputation does not slip post-acquisition.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><o:p><font face=\"Times New Roman\">\u00a0<\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">We believe that for OpenAir to move further up-market, it will need to develop additional internal capabilities or relationships with third-party integrators to serve the very largest service organizations in the world.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>The scale of some of these significant &#8220;whale sales&#8221; could swamp either OpenAir or NetSuite.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>We also believe that firms such as Primavera or CA will present a formidable competition in the highest levels of the marketplace with their Evolve and Clarity products, respectively.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This report is available\u00a0for download\u00a0immediately.
